Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry summoned Indian Deputy High Commissioner JP Singh, twice in a period of a fortnight. This happened after reports of troops of India killing a villager of Pakistan in an “unprovoked firing” in the disputed land of Kashmir. They said that Indian troops killed Abdur Rauf while he was grazing his animals.
